Policies of Environment

The Ministry of Environment published ECOREA. ECOREA 2009 is composed of achievements in 2008, major tasks for 2009, action plans for 2010, and best environmental policies consist of four major rivers restoration project. They tried to present Low Carbon Green Growth policies by introducing 10 green growth policies for 2010. ECOREA is a representative English document which introduces Korea’s environmental policies and information from 1999 to 2006, it had been published under the title ‘Green Korea’ and it changed into ‘ECOREA-Environmental Review’ in 2007. ‘ECOREA’ is formed from the word ‘ECO’ and ‘KOREA.’ ECOREA will be distributed to 1,300 organizations of home and abroad so that it can contribute to enhancing understanding Korea’s environmental policies.

I think it is the good and faster way to develop Korea environment because they distributed it to many countries and get help from their countries. ECOREA have many things to improve such as, green space, river etc. Korea will have more good pollution and environment in near future.

Cute Robot

Nowadays, technology was developed in everyday. Scientists always think and create new technology things for people. Robot is one thing that scientist try to develop it for use it do something substitute to human. They put the data into robots and today it was successful.

According to the news, The lack of English teachers in South Korea it is the big problem in education. Then, the government has developed the robot that can teach English. They try to use them to teach kindergarten students. Some students have been acquainted with it and the robot becomes fun because it look like cartoon character . Moreover, the robot can teach English but they also read a story in English for students.

I think it fantastic and sweet because its design is very creative. Children are love robot and toy. In addition, the science know this point, they combine 2 two differences point appropriate. This robot has many functions which help teacher to teach their students especially, English. In near future, it must be developed and used in every school to reduce teacher charge.

Technology assistors

The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) was sent first group of international technology assistors to Nepal and 12 other developing nations in the end of June. The group, which is named the World Friends Advisors, consists of 19 retired experts from various technological branches. They completed their training on June 22. As many retired experts at home are seeking new opportunities abroad, this is KOICA’s first try to make them life easier by using their knowledge and experience to developing nations. The advisors are expected to contribute to the economic development of the countries they visit. The 19 local experts was sent to Nepal, Mongolia, Guatemala, Ecuador and Tanzania, among other nations, will stayed from six months to a year to transfer their expertise and assist in forming viable policies in the fields of education, agriculture and fisheries, medicine and welfare, energy, IT, public administration and the environment. In my opinion, it vary fantastic project because many countries which developing are need assist from developed countries. The big problem of those countries is living. Their citizen have a bad living that the reason from the government. I think this project must spent a long term because everything is quite hard to change not for anything in the world especially human.

Idol group 2PM have a new look from his clothes style. They take a photo with Seo Hyo Rim for clothes brand name “SPRIS”. 2PM get a dynamic, sporty and street dress. The last concept of their cloth is “more manly and mature than before”. Future more, the first single when they debuted is “hottest time of the day”. The photo shows all of member smiling and gets rid of last concept “Beast” and takes to a new one. Taecyeon who is cannot do it because it is his real face and seem like an emotionless. I think that is not a big change to them because it used to be them concept and the feedback is fantastic. Almost of 2PM fan are also like this concept.

Green Space on Jeju

One of the green projects on Jeju Island is a project for horse. The majority of their business is horse so, there are building a special road for horses, which is a plan for the major future growth. Although, the transportation develop with the modern age but, the horse is not left from their culture. The possibility of this plan will calculated the period of project, safety of customer who rides horse on the specific road. This project was supported by the government of South Korea. In my opinion, this road is not only good for environment and villager but also, for tourism and income from tourists for example tour, journey etc. Then the villager will got more income and had a better life because they can sell enchorial.

South Korea is trying to create a new way for public transportation by using a technology in electric toothbrushes and razors to propel buses and cars. A new electric transport powered by recharging strips embedded in roads that transfer energy through magnetic connections. This technology is efficiency for Thailand especially Bangkok because the car is too much. Therefore, the pollution from car is the biggest factor of global warming. In this case it will reduce quantity of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. In the future, many countries should have similar technology to save the world.

Education Quality

The result survey of UN told that South Korean education system is the most effective in the rich countries. Japan came in the second. While U.S. and Germany are came be the last. United Nations International Children's Fund (UNICEF) survey the academic system of the 24 wealthiest countries in the world. The results that show South Korea and Japan have shown that the education system is most effective. When Germany, which is believed to have strong academic and intellectual is in the top 19 after ranking 18th in the U.S. The UNICEF survey is not based on that how many students are learning how to layer. But a test that base on what students have learned and implementation or not. UNICEF management test to students 14-15 years old by using a set of five tests to determine ability to read mathematics and science. The result shows that the overall education system of each country's performance much.
I think Thailand education system should develop and base on the children because Thailand is still base on the old system that not modern enough.
